Esther Berger Portrait The world of events – the stage performances, presentations, shows, the carefully planned and arranged incidents – it is constantly in motion.

In the most flexible way everyone is committed to the communicative goals of the host, the requirements of the guests, the budgetary options, the conditions of locations and deadlines.

It is this specific flexibility that is reflected in the services I offer.

Organization

According to the size or capacity of an event, I am either responsible for production management or working as a production assistant.

Depending on the nature of the event, I am appointed to positions such as stage director / stage manager / assistant director or speakers support / artists support & relations.

Producing

It has become more and more common to produce film documentaries of events and use them for corporate communications purposes. I have generated an additional field of tasks by combining the skills named above with working as a producer / copy editor and production assistant at the creation of image videos or event documentaries.

General

I truly enjoy teamwork and working with new teams in changing surroundings, project by project. I also consider it my strength to combine the different skills required according to the circumstances, quickly familiarizing myself with the various contents.

In all cases I find myself being the communication interface between the diverse disciplines involved; contributing to the success of a project.

Esther Berger Portrait Born on the 16th July 1967 in Stuttgart, Germany, I was brought up in an artistic environment. Final secondary school examinations in 1987 were followed by numerous short excursions into various media professions, many years in responsible positions in the hospitality industry, several stays abroad – which have raised my linguistic abilities in spoken as well as written English – and finally, since 1997, gaining wide experience as a freelancer in the event business and neighbouring fields.
